		-------------------------------------------------------

		I tremble
		in the raindrops
		that fell
		from a tree's green mane
		I ripen in the grain
		that dropped from the tree's greedy mouth
		I cuddle up to the trunk
		and through the spread fingers of branches
		I count the hairs that grow
		on the sun
		golden and straight
		in the light of my dazzling eyes
